Welcome to Lifespan Pilates. These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines for participating in our training programs, classes, and memberships. By accessing our studio or booking services through our online platform, you agree to the following terms.

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE

Lifespan Pilates offers several membership options, including Private Pilates, Reformer, and Floor memberships. Each plan includes a set number of sessions per month as displayed during checkout in our booking platform. All memberships renew automatically according to their selected term (Month-to-Month, 3-Month, or 6-Month).

BILLING & PAYMENTS

Membership fees are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file. Applicable NYC sales tax will be added to all purchases.

Members are responsible for maintaining an active and updated payment method. Late payments or declined charges may incur applicable service fees.

SESSION EXPIRATION & SCHEDULING

All membership sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over.

To keep our class schedules fair and efficient for all clients:

  • Cancel >24 hours before your session returns the credit.

  • Late Cancel <24 hours forfeits the session.

  • No-Show (group classes): loss of the session + $35 fee.

  • Private Pilates no-shows/late cancels: session forfeited (no fee).

FREEZE POLICY

  • One free freeze month per calendar year.

  • Additional freeze months are $25 each.

  • Freeze pauses access to sessions but not billing.

  • Freeze requests require at least 5 days' advance notice.

  • Freeze time does not extend membership terms.

CANCELLATION & TERM COMMITMENTS

Month-to-month memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

3-Month and 6-Month memberships require completion of the full term before cancellation. After completing the initial term, a 30-day written notice is required.

Early termination during a 3- or 6-month membership requires payment of 50% of the remaining contract value.

Requests must be submitted via email or through our messaging system.

STUDIO CONDUCT & SAFETY

Clients must follow instructor guidance, use equipment safely, and treat fellow clients and staff respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Participation in Pilates carries inherent physical risks. By entering the studio or participating in services, clients accept these risks.

MEDIA CONSENT

Photography or video may occur in the studio. Participation signifies consent for the use of your image for lawful promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of participation in our programs or memberships will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

UPDATES

Lifespan Pilates may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
